Maritime Senior Delivery Lead

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile delivery, software engineering best practices, and stakeholder engagement within maritime and government sectors.

• Oversee and drive the successful delivery of maritime technology projects with a focus on user-centered software solutions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with business objectives and user needs.
• Establish and maintain agile delivery processes, backlog management, and iterative development practices.
• Work closely with UX researchers, software engineers, and data specialists to ensure project success.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.

Contribute to the development of maritime digital strategies, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Familiarity with GIS platforms such as QGIS, ArcGIS Pro, or 3D geospatial visualisation.

• Proven expertise in agile software delivery within maritime, geospatial, or defense-related sectors.
• Strong understanding of cloud deployment, containerised solutions, API development, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working with maritime and geospatial data applications.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate technical solutions effectively.
