Our diverse team combines expertise from defence, government, technology, and the arts to drive digital access and embrace rapid change across the digital economy.
Colin established Digi2al in 2013, with the aim of helping clients get the best outcomes for their products and services. Previously Colin held leadership roles in IT services and consumer goods industries, working across Europe, South America, and Asia Pacific. He is passionate about helping young people fulfil their potential.

Roo is Digi2al's Chief Operating Officer and joined Digi2al in 2015. He was previously a product manager in the Government Digital Service, leading the agile team delivering GOV.UK services used by millions of citizens and businesses each week. Roo lives in the New Forest with his wife and son.

Sandra is a talent and organisation development professional with over 25 years’ experience working for global consumer goods companies. She helps our business succeed by focusing on our most important asset: our people. Sandra loves fresh air and exercise and anything to do with self development.

Ben leads Client Success, working across teams to ensure great delivery. With 15 years of leadership experience, he is well-versed in delivering in complex and challenging environments. When he's not swimming, running, or riding his bike, he can be found on woodland adventures with his family.

Ciaran is Digi2al’s Chief Finance Officer. He brings over 25 years of experience of providing strategic advice and leading organisational change across industry and the public sector. Sophie is the Account Manager for the Royal Navy DNA Software House. Sophie has worked in many different business sectors across EMEA, bringing over 25 years of experience in software implementation, adoption, and customer success. In her spare time, Sophie loves rock music and zooming around on her motorbike.

Rich leads the Digi2al Labs practice. With a background in remote sensing and over 15 years of experience in defence technology, he is focused on trying to make the world a safer place. Rich loves spending time with his family, open water swimming, hacking on tech projects, and tinkering with bikes.

Luke is Digi2al’s Head of Data, and has a background in OSINT and tracking online influence networks. He loves any data-shaped problem and has a keen interest in exploring novel methodologies. Luke is passionate about mentoring and helping others improve their technical skills and is an avid triathlete.

Katie oversees operations and ensures the business runs smoothly day to day. As a military spouse, Katie has moved frequently, giving her the opportunity to work across a range of organisations in a variety of roles. She loves skiing and spending time outdoors with her family, either in the woods and at the beach.

Geoff has worked within the Defence and public sector for 15 years, with a focus on software, system integration, and analysis. With a curiosity around big data and scalability, Geoff is interested in solutions that enable people to innovate in these spaces. He is passionate about enabling people to achieve their digital aims.

Victoria has roamed far and wide advising corporate and government clients in Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas. She heads up Digi2al’s communications and is an Associate Fellow at the King’s Centre for Strategic Communication. Outside of work, she writes books and swims.

Noah came to Digi2al straight from sixth form and into a Data Accelerator apprenticeship. He assists with core business operations such as onboarding, finances and automation across the whole of Digi2al. Noah spends his free time sampling diverse and unique cuisines and seeking out the latest sneakers.

Sarah works alongside Katie in the Operations Team. With 15 years working as a building surveyor, she brings a wealth of experience from a process driven environment. Sarah loves the outdoors, and if it's windy or wavy you will likely find her in the ocean surfing or kitesurfing or hiking the coastal paths.

Luke joined Digi2al after earning his Master’s degree in Forensic Accounting from the University of Portsmouth. His enthusiasm for problem-solving is evident in his dedicated focus on resolving intricate issues. Luke has a passion for football finance and at weekends can be found supporting his local team, Southend United.

Amani is a computer science graduate, with a strong interest in pattern recognition, big data, and cloud technology. He joined our Data in Defence Programme as a Junior Data Engineer, hoping to expand his knowledge in Defence and data engineering in the Royal Navy. Sophie studied Maritime Law at university before deciding to explore a career in data. She has a passion for problem solving and loves finding new challenges that push her to think in different ways. Sophie enjoys cold water swimming and yoga and likes travelling, immersing herself in local culture and food.

Derek is a Delivery Manager with a decade of experience in leading teams in the public and private sector. He has worked across multiple sectors including IT and construction. Derek revels in creating a great atmosphere for his teams to flourish. He enjoys going to the gym, spending time with his family, and travelling.

Finn is part of the Digi2al Academy’s Data in Defence Programme, connecting new talent directly to clients. As a junior data analyst with a Masters in Physics, Finn loves devising uses for data that impact future thinking. Outside of work he is a volunteer tutor, helping disadvantaged students to achieve their grades in maths.

Sarah has spent most of her career within industry, optimising processes, enhancing operational efficiencies, and driving continuous improvement to help companies grow. Sarah has a passion for delivery and culture. In her spare time, she can be found enjoying yoga, reading, and on family bike rides.

Will is Digi2al’s bid writer and has supported strategic bids across a broad range of sectors. His focus is on how good writing can be used to convey complex information in a clear and compelling way. Away from work, Will can be found playing music or making his way through an ever-growing film watchlist.

Itai studied Physics, Astrophysics and Cosmology at the University of Portsmouth. He then spent time teaching science to students with special educational needs before joining Digi2al as a data scientist. In his spare time, Itai enjoys cooking many delicious things, spending time in nature and reading speculative fiction.

Rob joined Digi2al after 22 years in the military, and focuses on enabling digital in defence. Rob enjoys solving user problems using low-code solutions. With a passion for technology, he is dedicated to finding innovative ways to drive success. When not working, he loves to spend time in the great outdoors with his family.
